When is the Birth Pro Summit?
March 7 – 8, 2025
Doors will open each morning at 8am and speakers will begin at 9am.
What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into the Dallas/Fort Worth airport. The hotel is just a few minutes away and offers a free shuttle to and from the airport.
How can I find someone to share a room with at the hotel?
If you’d like to find someone to share a room with at the hotel to make a friend and share the cost, please use our spreadsheet to add you information and get in touch with others that are looking for a roommate.
You are responsible to contact them and figure out how you’d like to book and pay for the room.
What food is included with my ticket?
A light breakfast will be provided on Friday and Saturday. More details on this to come!
We we will take an hour and a half lunch each day. There are lots of dining options around. Find some others to go to lunch with and make some new friends!
If you have special dietary needs, please let us know. There is a place on the registration form for you to include those details. We will do out best to meet everyone’s needs.
What should I wear/bring to the Birth Pro Summit?
- We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing. There will be a photographer present, if you want to keep that in mind.
- A sweater might be good if the room gets a little chilly.
- Henci Goer will be doing a book signing so you may want to bring any copies of her books that you own to get signed.
- Bring something to take notes.
- You may want to bring a water bottle and snacks.
Where is the Birth Pro Summit being held?
The Birth Pro Summit will be held at Hilton Garden Inn DFW Airport South in Irving, TX.

Those that wish to stay at the Hilton, can use our special link to receive a discounted price. Rooms with a king bed will be $149 and rooms with 2 queen beds will be $159. Get together with other instructors and doulas to split a room, share the cost, and make a friend.

Can I bring my baby to the Birth Pro Summit?
We warmly welcome nursing/ non-mobile babies to join us at the Birth Pro Summit. Feel free to bring them along, as we provide a supportive environment where you can relax, connect, and enjoy this event to its fullest.
Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you find that you are not able to attend, please let our team know as soon as you can. Please email admin@birthbootcamp.com
It is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else if you’d like.
